Hello!
This is just an old build that I never got around to posting here as well, until now. It was made in April 2011 and it's a little starter on a 10x10 lot containing only basegame items. So anyone can download it regardless of what EP/SP or store items they have. Suitable for 1-2 sims.
It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, open planned kitchen and living room with an office nook and a rooftop patio.
