Here is another small bungalow, this time I tried to do a modern one. Which is a little out of my comfort zone, but I hope you like it anyway!
It's on a 20x20 lot and it features an open planned kitchen, dining and living area, a master bedroom, a nursery, one bath and more. Upgraded appliances and plumbing. Play tested. No CC. Checked with Custard.
