Here we have a family townhouse. I like to think of this as a renovation of an old townhouse, were the traditional townhouse exterior look has been kept while the interior design is new and more contemporary looking.
It's on a 20x20 lot. It features a kitchen, dining and living area, master bedroom, kids room with a bunk bed, nursery, bathroom, guest room and outdoor activities. Upgraded appliances and plumbing. No CC. Play tested and checked with Custard. As usual I have plenty of pics to show you:
