Hello!
Here we have a quick make-over of the Surf Shack house in Isla Paradiso, it's located on Land's End, Isla Zamora. But since it's on a 20x20 lot it I imagine you can place it wherever you want.
EA has placed some old geezer in the original house, so you might wanna relocate him before you demolish it and place my version. lol. I expanded the house slightly to make room for a double bed, so it's now suitable for a single Sim or a couple. Pics!
