Sunflower Bungalow *CC Free*

Evening, folks!

So here we have another small family bungalow. In addition to being CC free, it doesn't have any store items either. I know a lot of people appreciate store free houses.

It's on a 20x20 lot and has an open planned kitchen, dining and living area, one master bedroom, a kids room with a bunk bed and crib, one bathroom and outdoor activities. All of the appliances have been upgraded. Some pictures for you:

You named this one just for me, right---right? J/K! It's gorgeous! I love your builds. Rec'd and DL'd. :)

Why yes, yes of course it's named after you;) And thank you - hope your sims will like it there:)

Ah Wibs another fantastic bungalow! Love the colours you've used in the bedroom :) Left you a rec! xx

That's a great bungalow, Wibs. I love your horizontal striped walls :)

Thanks, ladies:) I am wondering if I should step out of my comfort zone and make a bungalow that's bigger than 20x20 and 20x30. I'm thinking like 30x40 or 40x04...Hmmmm.

That would be a mighty big bungalow - or have a truly amazing garden. With a pool?!

It would obviously have a larger outdoor area, but I'm also thinking in terms of a larger living area. Like more bedrooms and bathrooms, usually my homes only come with one bedroom and one kids room/nursery. Sometimes it's just one bedroom for a single sim or a couple.

I know I'd love that, especially as my legacy has both parents and 5 live at home kids! 3 teens and 2 kiddo's. Just something to bear in mind... *rubs hands gleefully!* :D :D :D

I like smaller builds, usually no larger than 40x40 so if you decided to go that route, I'm sure I'd enjoy those builds just as much as I do your smaller ones. How can MORE Wibs be a bad thing? :)

So... how much of Showtime is used? Would I be okay if I downloaded it anyway?

Wibs said...

Well, we'll see about a larger build - knowing me my next build will be another 20x20 bungalow;)

beagle: as far as I can tell (from the pictures) these things are from showtime: the dresser and plant in the hallway, the bed in the master bedroom and the dining table used as a desk in the kids room. So you could still download IMO and just replace those things.

So Beautiful! I love the use of the small space- I also enjoy compact living spaces. I wish I had all the EPs to go with this download.

Thank you so much:) What EPs are you missing? I think for the over all look Generations is most needed because of the shelves.
