I have a new house to share with you. It's my entry for Rubysim's Create A Modern Home Contest.
It's on a 30x30 lot, it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open planned kitchen/living/office area, gym and pool. No 3rd party CC, only EA content. Play tested.
